Meribec inc. has finalized the acquisition of a property located at 2014 Cyrille-Duquet Street in Quebec City, previously owned by Cominar. The transaction, completed on August 7, 2024, amounts to $4.25 million.
The sale price is nearly $3 million lower than the value used as the basis for taxation for transfer duties, which was set at $7.22 million.
