Québec – Nofada immobilier and its partners have acquired the complex located at 2200-2220 Chapdelaine in Québec for an amount exceeding $35 million. This transaction represents an investment of $166,500 per unit. The financing for the operation is provided by Desjardins (Caisse Desjardins des Versants du Mont Royal).
It is interesting to note that these towers were previously acquired by CAPREIT in 2006 for $10 million, illustrating a significant appreciation in the property’s value over recent years.
These two 12-story concrete buildings, exceptionally located near Université Laval and several collegiate institutions, house 214 residential units as well as two commercial spaces.
