Montreal - On October 4, 2024, ENTOURAGE IMMOBILIER INC. acquired a residential building located on Brébeuf Street. The transaction was completed for nearly $7.7 million. The building, valued at close to $6 million, has 42 units and was constructed in 1966.
This marks the second acquisition for Entourage Immobilier since the beginning of the year. In February, the company had purchased another building with 96 rental units at a cost of $15 million.
The latest acquisition further solidifies Entourage Immobilier’s growing presence in the Montreal real estate market, demonstrating their continued investment strategy in multi-unit residential properties.
