HABITATION HÉRITAGE DE POINTE ST-CHARLES acquires residential property for $38.3M

Montreal - On October 17, 2024, 9403-6159 QUÉBEC INC. sold a residential property to HABITATION HÉRITAGE DE POINTE ST-CHARLES for nearly $38.3 million. The property is located on Bourgeoys Street in the Pointe-Saint-Charles neighborhood of Montreal.

The building, developed by Construgep and Groupe MACH on the site of former CN railway workshops, comprises 122 social and affordable housing units designed for families and individuals. The property has been certified under the Novoclimat program.

This transaction completes the delivery of 215 social housing units on the site, including the 93 units of the Coopérative Pointe-Amicale (Bâtir son quartier, City of Montreal) delivered in August 2024.
