On November 1, 2024, in Gatineau, L’Estoril, a new 60-unit affordable housing building located at 95 Eddy Street, was transferred from 12944197 Canada Inc to Habitations de l’Outaouais Métropolitain (Office d’habitation de l’Outaouais) for $19.9 million. This turnkey six-story project, completed by contractor Boless Inc., enhances the affordable housing options available in old Hull.
The development contributes to the expansion of affordable housing in the area, providing much-needed residential units in a prime location. The transfer of ownership to Habitations de l’Outaouais Métropolitain ensures that the property will continue to serve its intended purpose of providing affordable housing to the community.
