Québec – Bild Immobilier s.e.c. (Bild Immobilier) has acquired properties totaling approximately $31.8M on Rue de la Comtoise (Ariela project) and Boulevard Père-Lelièvre (Le Riviera project) in the context of the Huot Group’s insolvency proceedings.
The Ariela project includes a building completed in 2022 with 69 residential units (25 of which were rented) and an adjacent lot designated for phases 2 to 4. The Le Riviera project on Boulevard Père-Lelièvre was in the foundation stage, with two levels of underground parking already poured.
Lemieux Nolet Inc. (Lemieux Nolet), acting as receiver, managed the sale of the Le Riviera project for nearly $6.3M, while Raymond Chabot Inc. (Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton), also as receiver, handled the sale of the Ariela project on Rue de la Comtoise for approximately $25.5M.
